The shoes that you wish to return must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to us. For orders placed by 1 p.m. ET, most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 76 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays or Jewish holidays . Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

These shoes actually exceeded to my expectation because it looks very elegant and classy. However, It's just a bit big although I measured my feet and followed what my size is supposed to be. I highly recommend these shoes because it's perfect to wear this in special or formal occasions.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely these shoes are. They do look exactly like the photo. I did have to google to work out how to use the clasp but they look very elegant and are perfect for a wedding guest outfit. My husband thought they were beautiful.
